My Story.
The Salon Manager & Salon Coordinator he is very familiar with front desk customer interactions and experiences. He has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years since his first job as a bus boy at Outback Steakhouse.
After working at college bookstores & retail chains like American Eagle for a few years he took an opportunity and joined the Starwood Hotels team at the Element Houston Vintage Park. Starting as a shuttle driver and making his way up to Assistant General Manager and culminating as acting General Manager. After traveling around the states assisting other Starwood Hotels with growth, development, and team training, he decided to bring it down a few notches and worked for short period as a receptionist at a landscaping company and even shadowed at night as a bartender at a local LGBT saloon in Spring (coincidently where he met Tim & Carlos a few years prior).
When he is not at the Salon he is either spending time with his partner and their dogs. He loves anything from Marvel Comics, to Disney, to Pokémon, so if he is not spending time with them, he is probably playing X-Box or watching something supernatural, sci-fi, or superhero related on Netflix.
After almost 8 years of knowing Tim & Carlos, they finally brought him into Trademark Salon & Spa where he inevitably found his calling… and his home.
