As Salon Manager & Salon Coordinator, he brings over a decade of refined customer service experience, with a strong focus on elevated front desk operations, seamless client care, and curating exceptional guest experiences.
With over a decade of experience in customer service and hospitality, he has developed a strong foundation in creating elevated guest experiences across restaurant, retail, and hospitality environments. Throughout his career, he has supported teams in training, development, and operations while cultivating a leadership style rooted in excellence, adaptability, and high service standards.
He eventually joined Trademark Salon & Spa, where his passion for hospitality and client experience aligns seamlessly with the brand’s elevated vision, allowing him to find his professional home.
Outside of the salon, he enjoys a well-balanced lifestyle centered around time with his partner and their furbabies. He has a creative eye and a passion for artistic expression, often spending his time crafting, painting, and other hands-on creative outlets. He also enjoys immersive storytelling, pop-culture, and gaming—bringing that same sense of creativity and attention to detail into both his personal and professional life.
